Boat Rental Information
How Our Rental Process Works: (Please Read)

- We have a 2 day minimum for boat rentals delivered to your Pepper Palace Property vacation Home. The minimum must be consecutive days in a row.
- We DO NOT DELIVER PADDLEBOARD RENTALS IF NOT RENTED WITH YOUR BOAT! If you have a boat rental being delivered to your rental house, we will bring your rented paddleboards with the boat for you. This keeps our trips back and forth to a minimum.
- NO DISCOUNTS/REFUNDS due to bad weather while you are at your rental home.
_ NO PETS ON THE BOATS! Their nails can and will put holes in the seats and you will end up being charged the cost of vinyl material and the labor to have it recovered.
*** Gas tank will be full at time of rental, Must be filled back up at time of return. (If we have to fill the tank, it's $15.00 per gallon for us to do that.)

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

- To Rent: Please use our "Booking" app below to make your booking. Must be 21 to sign rental agreement.
- Renters are liable to pay for all damages done to Any rental Boats/Paddle boards.
- Tennessee Sales Tax: 9.25% in addition to rental. (Small service fee applied by booking app)
Booking Information
IF YOU ARE BOOKING A WEEKLY BOAT RENTAL, PLEASE SELECT THE FIRST DATE YOU ARE CHECKING IN AND SELECT THE DATE OF YOUR LAST EVENING OF YOUR VACATION.
For example: If you are checking IN to your home at 4pm on the first Saturday and checking OUT at 10am on the next Saturday, select Friday as your last rental day with a return time at 4pm. This will get you your weekly rate when booking online and also allow our staff to come to your place and CHECK OUT the boat from you. This allows for a faster turn on the house for our next guests so we are not going over the boat at your 10am check out time.
Cancellation Policy
Before you book, make sure you're comfortable with our cancellation policy.
Since our boat rental service is exclusively for Pepper Palace Properties only, we thought it would make sense by
making our cancellation policy the same as theirs. This way if for some reason you had to cancel your rental home you can easily cancel your boat reservation with us.
* Full refund if you cancel 48hrs prior to your reservations check in date. Get back 100% of what you paid.
* Partial refund if you cancel 24hrs or less of your reservations check in date. Get back 50% of what you paid.
